Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities for a data centre new build. You will manage site logistics, coordinate trades, maintain safety, and ensure the contractor follows the critical path within Singapore's industrial zones.

The role requires 8+ years in site construction, with data centre or high-tech project experience, deep piling and heavy lifting knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and Smartsheet.

Formación

• 8+ years of site construction management experience.
• At least 3+ years managing data centre or high-tech builds in Singapore.
• Deep knowledge of deep-piling techniques, precast and cast-in-situ concrete structures, structural steel erection.
• Expert understanding of trade sequencing and MEP handovers.
• Proficient in Procore, ACC viewing, and Smartsheet scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site construction logistics within tight industrial zones such as Tuas/Jurong.
• Supervise structural sequencing and milestones including deep foundations and precast elements.
• Lead coordination meetings to manage handovers between civil workers and MEP teams.
• Enforce MOM-compliant safety practices for high-risk activities.
• Perform QA/QC site walks, address NCRs, and manage inspections with RIs/QPs.
