Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technical Team Lead to oversee preventative maintenance and complex repairs in a large data center operation in Singapore.

You will coordinate daily team activities, mentor staff, and ensure building safety, reliability, and performance across fire, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent in a technical discipline; licenses preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety manuals.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and technicians for maintenance.
• Oversee building systems: fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Communicate with tenants, clients, owners, facility teams, and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Model CBRE values and align team with departmental objectives.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex issues in systems and processes.
