Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects in live data center environments.

The role requires rigorous risk management and a strong technical understanding, with the ability to operate across Singapore sites. You will manage MEP upgrades, capacity expansions, and infrastructure improvements while maintaining uptime and safety, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within operational data centers.
• Strong MEP project management experience in electrical and mechanical.
• PMP or related qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Execute projects within live operational data center environments while ensuring zero impact to business-critical operations.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and monitor project risks.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead change management, shutdowns, cutovers, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client operational requirements.
• Provide regular project reporting and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
