Job summary

You will coordinate daily activities, mentor staff, and ensure safety procedures. The role requires experience in technical discipline, licenses, and strong communication with tenants and vendors. Qualifications

• Training in a technical discipline or apprenticeship; Journeyman/Electrician or HVAC license preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and evaluating performance preferred.
• Ability to convey complex information and set clear expectations.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Understanding of procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and staff development.
• Implement and improve preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and tenants.
• Oversee building systems: fire safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Maintain communication with tenants, clients, owners, and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns promptly.
• Lead by example, aligning with CBRE RISE values.
• Integrate disciplinary knowledge to meet team objectives.
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
