Job summary

Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead service operations for critical infrastructure projects, including data centers. You will ensure high-quality technical support, maintenance services, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 5–10 years in operations and maintenance, and strong leadership to manage teams, SLA compliance, and after-hours escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of operations & maintenance services experience.
• Experience in managerial or supervisory role within critical environments (e.g. data centers).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, cooling, and DCIM.
• ITIL knowledge is advantageous; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues within SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to address technical challenges and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Generate failure analysis reports and manage incident response.
• Oversee maintenance services, warranty support, and 24/7 service operations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships post-sales.
• Plan and allocate service resources effectively.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues (including after office hours when required).
• Manage spare parts inventory and RMA processes.
• Develop and manage service partners and subcontractors.
• Deliver technical training and documentation to customers.
