Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Senior Technical Design Lead to oversee data centre design, construction support, commissioning, and handover across the region. You will act as a technical authority, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to assure design quality and manage risks for resilient, high-performance engineering solutions.

This role requires strong leadership in N+1/2N strategies and familiarity with BIM tools and digital engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior/lead experience delivering data centre projects.
• Understanding of high-availability design (N+1, 2N).
• Ability to lead design reviews, QA/QC and technical assurance.
• Experience supporting projects through commissioning and handover.
• Familiarity with digital engineering and BIM tools.

You will act as a key technical authority, working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to assure design quality, manage technical risks, and support successful project delivery.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering data centre projects in a senior or lead engineering role
• Solid understanding of high-availability design and resilience strategies (e.g. N+1, 2N)
• Proven ability to lead design reviews, QA/QC, and technical assurance
• Experience supporting projects through to commissioning and handover
• Familiarity with digital engineering and BIM tools
• Background in mechanical or electrical data centre infrastructure
