Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Shift Manager in Singapore to lead the shift team and oversee critical data centre operations.

You will verify equipment inspections, analyze data from UPS, chillers, and power distribution, and ensure accurate handover records, SOP compliance, and incident handling. The role requires a college degree in engineering or related field, plus 3+ years in data centre operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in mechanical/electrical engineering, automation, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Strong fault diagnosis and emergency handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise the work of the shift team to ensure smooth operations.
• Review facility equipment inspections and verify related operational data.
• Oversee on-site shift handover data, including preliminary analysis of events, faults, and alarm analysis.
• Perform daily analysis of interface display and usage issues in BMS/BA/high-voltage monitoring systems and provide improvement suggestions.
