Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Program Manager Intern to join our APAC Data Center Delivery Operations in Singapore. You will drive process improvements, build dashboards, and draft proposals to optimize core tools and systems while engaging with customers to understand pain points.

You’ll work with a diverse team across software, hardware, and operations roles to deliver operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree graduating Aug 2027 – Dec 2028.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan to Jun 2027.
• Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Excellent business and communication skills, high attention to detail.
• Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management data validation and data cleanup across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record.
• Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, operable solutions within the data architecture.
• Analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and build metrics and business cases to help business teams make decisions.
