Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data center operations.
• Degree in a computer-related field.
• Strong communication skills, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks such as racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware replacement.
• Monitor and manage environmental controls, including temperature, humidity, and airflow.
• Carry out regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets related to hardware and network issues.
• Manage asset inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with network and systems teams.
• Follow security protocols, safety standards, and company policies.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on‑call support.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware support.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
