Job summary

Google data center operations team is seeking a Data Center Operations Business Program Manager to support facilities operations in Singapore and across APAC. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, guide procurement and vendor agreements, and direct non-critical infrastructure projects to drive cost-effective maintenance and high operational standards.

You will partner with site teams to review financial performance, establish purchase orders, approve invoices, and hold contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in vendor management.
• Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Work for critical and non-critical facility operations agreements.
• Obtain facilities-related vendor price quotes, negotiating, preparing purchase orders, and reviewing/approving invoices.
• Manage facilities system operation and maintenance expenses, including forecasting and budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
• Act as the point of contact for small to medium projects as assigned by the facility manager.
