Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and drive projects through full lifecycles. You will manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.

You will use your technical and leadership expertise to identify opportunities, improve processes, and set the direction for AI and infrastructure programs across a global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with product field failure resolution and failure analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing (e.g., setup of product quality plan or statistical analysis).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with cooling and thermal system equipment suppliers for proactive quality management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead in-depth power distribution failure investigations and implement systemic corrective actions.
• Analyze production metrics, test results, quality audits, and field data to drive proactive quality improvements and ensure compliance with Google requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits and inspections to identify improvements in variability, lead time, and output quality.
• Partner with suppliers and internal SMEs to resolve complex product quality and process issues across the full lifecycle.
