Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Energy Asset Delivery and Management to lead end-to-end delivery of power infrastructure for data centers across APAC. You will coordinate with utilities, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while navigating complex contracts and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, schedule governance, and risk mitigation, supporting Google's mission to power its global data centers

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or technical project and portfolio management of energy infrastructure.
Experience with contract negotiation with power infrastructure and supply.

Mansioni

Manage end-to-end delivery of third-party power asset development for Google data centers across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and APAC.
Collaborate with utilities, transmission owners, and developers to meet delivery timelines, control budgets, and negotiate contract amendments.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including engineering, construction, and capacity planners for smooth handoffs and risk mitigation.
Partner with portfolio management to develop standardized tracking tools, databases, and data governance frameworks for portfolio status.
Maintain planning data, track plan variances, and implement corrective measures for on-time delivery.
