Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the Engineering Lead and Product Engineering Manager in the mechanical scope of large-scale data center modules across design, construction, assembly, testing, installation and commissioning.

You will check drawings, review engineering deliverables, prepare technical requisitions, and coordinate with procurement and clients to ensure compliance with client specs, codes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience in mechanical design and engineering for data center infrastructure.
• Ability to produce drawings/sketches to illustrate design ideas.
• Knowledge of piping and fire suppression system design and construction.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve drawings and designs to meet standards and codes.
• Review engineering work for accuracy and conformance to specs and procedures.
• Prepare mechanical deliverables and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning activities.
• Represent the company in client review meetings as liaison for mechanical scope.
