Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a Data Centre Mechanical Subject Matter Expert to design and develop mechanical systems for data centers, including ACMV, hydraulics, and fire protection. You will perform critical calculations and equipment sizing to ensure safety and performance while collaborating with engineers, consultants, and on-site teams.

You will guide concept through IFC documentation for new builds and major upgrades, apply BMS/DCIM integrations, and drive innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in data center mechanical systems is essential.
• Strong analytical and design skills with safety and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for data centers including ACMV, hydraulic, and fire protection.
• Perform cooling load, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing to meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update designs from basis of design to IFC documents for new builds and upgrades.
• Lead reviews with consultants and on-site teams to resolve design and implementation issues.
