Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Materials Planner (Supply Chain – Data Center Infrastructure) for a 1-year contract to ensure timely availability and flow of materials for compute, storage, and AI infrastructure across datacenters.

The role involves coordinating with ODM partners, managing BOM procurement and logistics, driving MRP readiness, and partnering with global teams to optimize supply chain performance. Strong analytics and cross-functional engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, or related).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Materials Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate with ODM partners and suppliers to manage procurement and logistics for the full BOM; execute POs as required.
• Materials Planning & MRP Execution: Ensure accurate subcomponent data; drive on-time delivery per forecasts and build requirements; align with forecasts and commitments.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify shortages and disruptions; engage suppliers to maintain delivery schedules.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Build relationships with ODMs and suppliers; monitor production schedules and capacity planning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply-demand data and KPI tracking; support inventory management and strategic decisions.
• Material Allocation Support: Collaborate to optimize material allocation and maximize supply output.
