Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to oversee material planning, supply readiness, and production support with manufacturing partners for technology hardware products.

The role ensures materials are available on time, manages supply risks, and supports smooth production operations. You will manage material availability, coordinate with suppliers and production teams, and monitor risks while driving alignment between demand forecasts and material

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations in tech.
• Experience with high-volume production environments and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, MRP systems, and production support.
• Experience managing material readiness, production builds, and supply risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage material availability and supply readiness for manufacturing partners.
• Work with suppliers and production teams to meet build schedules.
• Monitor shortages and develop recovery plans to avoid delays.
• Regularly review planning and procurement to track supply status and risks.
• Ensure demand forecasts and material plans align in the planning system.
• Track material availability against production plans and identify shortages.
• Manage BOMs and mitigation actions for risks.
• Monitor inventory levels, excess stock, and lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations to resolve supply issues.
• Provide regular updates on material status, risks, and action plans to management.
