Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a facilities maintenance professional based in Singapore to join a team responsible for operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure facilities. You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, manage change processes, create procedures, and oversee vendor operations.

The role starts with a 12-month contract with the potential to convert to permanent full-time.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment (chillers, AHU/CRAHU, FCU, pumps, UPS, generators).
• Develop site-specific documents (Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP, RA).
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with local standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment (electrical and mechanical, control, and fire systems).
• Prepare service reports for maintenance works.
• Oversee vendor operations and ensure safety and compliance.
