Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore is seeking an engineer to join a team maintaining state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, collaborate with a world-class engineering team, and develop site-specific documents to ensure safety and reliability.

The role starts with a 12-month contract with potential to convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to develop site-specific documents (maintenance checklists, SOPs, RA).
• Familiarity with safety standards and local regulations.
• Contract role with potential to convert to permanent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment (chillers, AHU/CRAHU, FCU, pumps, UPS, gen sets).
• Prepare service reports for preventive and breakdown works.
• Ensure safe handling of tools and maintain housekeeping.
• Oversee change processes and vendor operations; create procedures.
