Job summary

Space Executive is recruiting an IT Manager to own the regional data centre IT operations and corporate IT environment. You will act as the primary IT owner on the ground, overseeing both technical operations and governance across the region.

The role requires 5–8 years in data centre IT with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong networking and virtualization expertise, and experience with ERP (NetSuite) vendor management. You will lead SAP?

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant data centre IT experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and SOC 2 audits.

Responsibilities

Own internal IT infrastructure end-to-end including servers, storage, network, Wi‑Fi and virtualization platforms.
Supervise L1/L2 engineers for remote operations and ensure SLA compliance.
Manage corporate IT systems for end users including devices and collaboration tools.
Own IT security and compliance across firewalls, endpoint protection, MFA and identity management.
Assist ERP (NetSuite) vendor management with the ERP/system analyst team.
Support AI-driven operations tooling and IoT security projects.
Track KPIs and report IT performance and risk; manage vendor budget.
Serve as on-site technical liaison for client-facing IT commitments.
