Job summary

PRINCETON DIGITAL GROUP (SINGAPORE) SG1 PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled facilities technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, ACMV and fire systems within a mission-critical data centre in Singapore.

The role focuses on operating data centre M&E systems to ensure 100% uptime, responding to onsite incidents, coordinating with contractors, and performing safe, compliant operations. Candidates should have experience with cross-connect installations and strong communication with

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing contractors and technicians.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, ACMV, and fire systems.
• Maintain and operate data centre M&E systems to ensure 100% uptime and performance.
• Execute action response for onsite incidents and handle remote requests within SLA.
• Review PTW/MOS/RA prior to maintenance or fault investigation.
• Work safely and in accordance with procedures, policies, and EH&S rules.
• Support delivery and related services based on internal and external requirements.
• Install and terminate copper and fibre cross-connects, including design and testing.
• Power cycle equipment based on clear instructions.
• Escort clients, vendors, and contractors to onsite locations.
• Maintain good communications among operations team and customers.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor and Operations Management.
