Job summary

Nxera is seeking a seasoned Data Center Project Manager to lead regional green and brown field DC developments. You will manage end-to-end project initiation, budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The role requires at least 10 years in data center engineering or construction management, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, and strong English communication. LEED accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in data center engineering, project management or construction management.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Architecture.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong oral and written English communication; leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage new Data Center project execution for regional green and/or brown field projects.
• Execute end to end project initiation process.
• Develop project master program, project charter and set up project processes.
• Sourcing for suitable specialists and SMEs to be part of the delivery team.
• Translate business requirements into executable project deliverables.
• Prepare project budgets, manage capital funding cashflow within budgets.
• Lead tendering and administration processes.
• Report progress and expenditure to management in a timely manner.
• Oversee the full lifecycle from design through construction and commissioning.
• Ensure Environment, Safety and Occupational Health compliance.
