Job summary

BIGL ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data & BI Executive to shape how the organisation captures, manages and leverages data. You will build Power BI dashboards, translate requirements into KPIs, and drive data quality across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.

You will partner with IT and business users to establish data definitions, support enterprise data platform initiatives and enable AI-enabled analytics. A hands-on, analytical mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, Data Analytics or related field.
1–3 years in BI, data analytics or related area.
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Solid understanding of data modelling, data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Translate business needs into KPIs and visualisations.
Collaborate with users to refine reporting requirements and improve dashboards.
Ensure data definitions are consistent and dashboards are accurate.
Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
