Job summary

Dyson Singapore Technology Centre invites a Lead BI Scientist to architect, deliver and optimize analytics and BI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional engagements, translating business needs into innovative BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python.

You'll mentor a small BI team, guide agile delivery, ensure data quality, and advocate for GenAI-enabled analytics while aligning with Dyson's strategic roadmap and innovation agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum 6 years in BI, data analytics, or related analytics roles.
• Proven ability to lead agile analytics projects and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Experience with AI/GenAI in analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable dashboards and data models using BI tools.
• Lead BI projects from requirements through deployment, aligning with business goals.
• Translate complex questions into actionable analytics and visuals for decision-making.
• Mentor BI team and promote best practices in analytics.
