Job summary

PATEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Data & BI Executive to shape how our organisation captures, manages, and leverages data to drive smarter decisions.

You will help establish a reliable data foundation for our Enterprise Data Platform and future AI initiatives. Reporting to the IT Director, you will work across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to turn raw data into strategic assets and enable digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics or related field.
• 1-3 years of BI, data management or analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Strong data modelling, data visualisation and data quality knowledge.
• Experience with data governance, data stewardship or MD management preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES or other enterprise systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and management information to support business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, reports and data visualisations.
• Work with users to understand reporting needs and improve dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate and based on consistent data definitions.
• Support standardised reporting across the organisation.
• Act as data steward for assigned business data domains.
• Support data capture, integration and data quality initiatives across functions.
