Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a data analytics professional to map data sources for catering operations and to design an Operational Excellence dashboard across departments. The role involves working with department heads to embed lean improvements, track KPIs, and promote data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Establish data source mapping for food catering operations.
Design and implement an OE dashboard with KPIs across departments to promote data transparency.
Collaborate with heads of departments to identify improvement opportunities using lean tools.
Identify trends, gaps and opportunities from dashboard insights.
Map workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
