Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To support the Continuous Improvement team in identifying, analyzing, and driving process improvements across departments.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines of projects.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Break down complex problems, identify root causes, collect and interpret data to support improvement initiatives.
• Process Mapping: Work cross functionally and communicate clearly with various stakeholders to gather insights. Understand and visually document workflows.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and managing correspondence, preparation of presentation decks and reports.
