Johnson Controls, Inc. invites an Analyst intern to work with the Director of Operational Excellence, SEA and Bid Management, APAC. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to projects that improve performance and delivery metrics.

You may assist with bid preparation, KPI tracking, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights and better quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing masters / degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making
• Contribute to the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and compliance checks
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Support process improvement, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish insights and drive actions to improve quality and on-time-delivery performance
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
