Job summary

Zurich Insurance Singapore is seeking a Data Analytics & Insights Manager for CI Asia. Lead data and insights to set and monitor performance metrics and drive a data-driven culture across underwriting, pricing and distribution.

You will design and manage dashboards, ensure data accuracy across systems, and collaborate with CDM, UW, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that support growth and improved outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Active monitoring of underwriting and broker performance data to drive renewal retention and new business outcomes.
• Design, build and manage dashboards for critical underwriting performance metrics across channels and regions.
• Collaborate with CDM, UW and analytics teams to compile data insights and drive actions across the business.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality in linked systems, including sales pipelines and pricing platforms.
• Engage with brokers to validate data and link broker systems to streamline workflows.
