Job summary

Zurich Insurance seeks a dynamic leader to drive AI-enabled innovation at the digital distribution frontier. You will identify, prototype, and scale tech-enabled insurance use cases, shaping a robust AI-driven digital stack and ecosystem across geographies.

This role bridges business strategy with IT execution and requires strong data-driven decision making. You will own the innovation pipeline, collaborate with product, engineering, and operations, and translate strategy into concrete roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Degree or certifications or courses in AI or advanced programming highly regarded.
• Proven experience leading tech innovation initiatives within insurance, fintech or ecommerce.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable tech solutions.
• Strong analytical skills using data for continuous product improvement.
• Experience in user research and usability studies.
• Experience managing innovation pipelines, roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, development, and implementation of AI and digital solutions across the insurance journey.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the digital stack.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations to prototype and scale ideas.
• Own the innovation pipeline from idea to proof-of-concept and scaling.
• Translate digital strategy into executable tech-enabled solutions for business and IT.
