Job summary

The role focuses on SQL, Python, data visualization with Tableau or SSRS, NLP techniques, and AI-enabled process optimisation to streamline operations and enhance business performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data quality, and drive reporting modernisation

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in BI, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on Python for data analysis, processing, or automation.
• Experience with Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent BI tools.
• Knowledge of data mining and NLP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and BI reports to support decisions.
• Analyse structured and unstructured datasets using SQL and Python.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations with Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent tools.
• Apply Python, NLP, and text analytics to extract insights from data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical outputs.
• Support reporting modernisation and data mart initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
