Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup, index-match and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data cleaning and reporting; familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources for accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with insights via data analysis, visualization, and presentations.
• Support automation and optimization of recurring reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data governance.
