Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a motivated contributor to support the Data & AI team in researching and designing digital and AI products. You will work with business and technology teams to understand user needs and translate insights into practical, user-friendly product experiences.

You will assist in building user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interface designs and participate in usability testing to refine product designs.

Qualifications

Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field.
Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research.
Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs.
Support usability testing and refinement of product designs.
Conduct research to support product and design decisions.
Collaborate with business and technology teams on product requirements and implementation.
Prepare design materials and documentation for discussions and presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned
