Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is a leading global real asset manager based in Singapore. The Data & AI team seeks a product designer to research and design digital and AI products, translating user insights into practical experiences.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to understand user needs, develop journeys, wireframes and prototypes, and support usability testing and documentation. This role offers exposure to real estate tech at a large multinational in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field.
• Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital products, AI and real estate.
• Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
• Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs.
• Support usability testing and refinement of product designs.
• Conduct research to support product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on product requirements and implementation.
• Prepare design materials and documentation for discussions and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
