Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a junior designer to join the Data & AI team. You will support the research and design of digital and AI products, working with business and technology teams to understand user needs and translate insights into practical, user‑friendly product experiences.

You will help develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs; support usability testing; conduct research to inform product decisions; and prepare design materials for

Qualifications

• Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field.
• Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital products, AI and real estate.
• Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
