Job summary

WSAudiology is building an AI Center of Excellence in Singapore. We seek an AI Specialist with a strong technical foundation in ML/AI and Generative AI to work on real-world business use cases.

You will design and implement AI solutions, develop AI-enabled applications, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in an agile environment while keeping up with emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or equivalent practical experience in ML/AI or Generative AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Engineering or related technical field.
• Practical knowledge of ML frameworks, LLMs, Generative AI; familiarity with AI agents, RAG, vector search.
• Proficient in Python and common ML libraries; exposure to data pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce/Flows and enterprise data integration is a plus.
• Strong analytical, collaborative and proactive mindset; growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and Generative AI solutions for real-world use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled applications, including LLM and AI agent solutions.
• Contribute to data integration and vector search, including data pipelines.
• Ensure reliability and security of AI apps through testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business/IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve AI solutions with experienced teammates.
