Job summary

CapitaLand invites motivated students to contribute to data engineering initiatives within CapitaLand’s Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) in Singapore. You will assist with building and testing data pipelines, support data processing tasks, and help prepare datasets for internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes learning new tools and technologies, strong collaboration, and applying programming skills in Python or Java on real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Python or Java, with hands-on experience applying object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts through academic or internships projects.
• Willingness to learn and explore new tools and technologies related to data engineering and analytics infrastructure.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, and supporting data pipelines on CapitaLand’s Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
• Support data processing tasks for various business use cases across the organization.
• Assist in preparing and organizing datasets to support internal and business stakeholders.
• Help with documentation, data quality checks, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
