Job summary

CapitaLand invites a motivated student to join our AI/BI internship, supporting the development of AI prototypes, GenAI workflows, and data-driven business solutions using Python and SQL.

You will help validate model outputs, assist dashboards and semantic models, and collaborate on deployment, monitoring, security and governance within a dynamic team for a 6-month program. You will gain practical exposure to Databricks and cloud tooling in a real enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related technical field.
• Foundational programming in Python and SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to ML concepts and GenAI/LLM through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI prototypes and AI/BI solutions for defined business use cases.
• Assist in building and testing AI agents, GenAI workflows, prompt logic, and related components.
• Prepare datasets using Python and SQL with guidance from the team.
• Evaluate model outputs against performance and business-fit criteria, and document findings.
• Support dashboards, semantic models, data visualisations, and reporting for business users.
• Participate in testing, issue investigation, and product documentation; contribute to iterative improvements.
• Collaborate on deployment, monitoring, security, compliance, and governance activities.
