BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will support, develop, and deploy CRM solutions, working closely with clients to deliver technical improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, C# and .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps, with a focus on reliable, scalable deployments and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Strong C#, .NET and CRM SDK skills.
• Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiar with Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Clear, confident client communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot CRM environments, including on-site when needed.
• Develop and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, and integrations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
• Script, run, and oversee deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver improvements.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end in Azure DevOps.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance a large enterprise CRM environment. You'll manage deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements, working closely with clients along the way. This role suits someone who is hands-on, analytical, and calm under pressure.

What you'll do

• Support and troubleshooting: Investigate issues, find root causes, and resolve them promptly, including on-site when needed.
• Custom development: Build and maintain plug-ins, workflows, console applications, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Data and reporting: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports for data processing and reporting.
• Deployments: Script, run, and oversee releases using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Modern developer workflow: Work in Visual Studio and VS Code with GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster.
• Ticket management: Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end to end in Azure DevOps boards.

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong C#, .NET, and CRM SDK skills, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and deployment automation
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL, plus SSIS and SSRS
