Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the Bank. You translate objectives into executable plans and coordinate technology, security, risk, operations, procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes with governance and financial control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in technology/cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering projects in banking/regulated environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects under the Cyber Defense Roadmap and other transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, risk, audit, procurement and operations teams.
• Manage governance bodies, status reporting, and escalation of material risks or decisions.
• Track delivery outcomes, vendor commitments, and inter-project dependencies.
• Ensure security solutions are delivered with architecture, testing, and operational handover artifacts.
