Job summary

Our client, a global investment bank in Singapore, seeks a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives and deliver cross-functional programs. You will plan, coordinate, and manage delivery across Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams with a strong focus on governance and regulatory alignment.

You will own end-to-end delivery for initiatives such as IAM, endpoint security, SOC tooling, vulnerability management, and cloud security controls, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience delivering technology/cyber programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and control domains.
• Experience with regulated or risk-sensitive technology changes.
• Proven governance and stakeholder communications in complex environments.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for cybersecurity programs and initiatives (e.g., IAM, endpoint security, SOC tooling).
• Build project plans, manage milestones, track dependencies, and maintain RAID logs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and change impact.
• Manage delivery governance: steering committees, status reporting, decision logs, and documentation.
• Ensure alignment with security policies, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support rollout planning and testing.
