Job summary

Infogain Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Project Manager to bridge technical architecture, business strategy, and end-to-end delivery.

You will lead high-impact cybersecurity initiatives, manage vendor partnerships, and drive projects from blueprint to operational reality, leveraging SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering, or a PMO environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity (Cloud, Network, Endpoint, IAM, PAM, Data Security).
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence and solutioning workshops.
• Own the project lifecycle from design and build to testing, deployment, and handover.
• Manage project formulation, Level 0 cost estimates, and drive the sourcing process with procurement teams.
• Act as the central hub across business, tech, and security teams; manage project financials, risks, and executive reporting for Steering Committees.
• Hold third-party vendors and system integrators accountable for milestones and deliverables.

We are hiring! Are you an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. If you excel at bridging the gap between technical architecture, business strategy, and end-to-end delivery, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will lead high-impact cybersecurity initiatives, manage vendor partnerships, and drive projects from blueprint to operational reality.

What You Will Do:

• Solution Formulation: Lead technical due diligence and solutioning workshops. Translate complex business and security objectives into clear technical requirements.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from design and build to testing, deployment, and handover.
• Procurement & Budgeting: Manage project formulation, Level 0 cost estimates, and drive the sourcing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) alongside procurement teams.
• Governance & Reporting: Act as the central hub across business, tech, and security teams. Manage project financials, risks, and executive reporting for Steering Committees.
• Vendor Management: Hold third-party vendors and system integrators accountable for quality, milestones, and deliverables.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 8+ years of project/program management in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering, or a PMO environment (6-9 years relevant L3 experience).
• Technical Depth: Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity (Cloud, Network, Endpoint, IAM, PAM, Data Security, etc.) with the ability to constructively challenge architectural designs.
• Methodology: Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Education: Degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Bonus Points:

• Experience integrating cybersecurity platforms within a regulated financial institution or complex enterprise environment.
• Exposure to architecture/security governance forums and technology risk assessments.
