Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to establish and continuously improve the enterprise security program. You will lead governance, risk management, and security operations, and partner with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to uphold standards such as IM8, CCOP, PDPA, ISO 27001 and NIST.

You will mentor teams and drive secure-by-design initiatives across cloud, apps, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations.
• Knowledge of IM8, CSA CCOP, PDPA, ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and governance aligned with CCOP, PDPA, and IM8.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage security accreditation activities including VA/PT, Security Assessment Reports and remediation.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and patch governance.
• Promote Secure-by-Design and Security-by-Default across systems, apps, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure security controls are implemented and maintained throughout the technology stack.
• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor cybersecurity personnel to build a high-performance security culture.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness, training, and capability-building across teams.
• Provide strategic direction on emerging cybersecurity risks, technologies, and trends.
