Job summary

infrasoft technologies pte ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the global Cyber program for APAC, overseeing a portfolio of security projects across framing, validation, execution and transition to Run.

You will coordinate cross-regional teams, manage risks and budgets, and deliver strategic updates to APAC leadership and ExCo. Strong communication and financial planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field; master preferred.
• 8+ years delivering security-focused programs in an MNC (banking, consulting, or technology). Banking sector experience preferred.
• PMP certification (or equivalent); CISSP, CISM or CISA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global APAC cyber program across framing, validation, execution, and transition to Run.
• Coordinate and report risks and priorities across phases.
• Manage resources and budget with local/regional IT and security teams.
• Present strategic updates to APAC ITP ExCo and management committees.
• Oversee hiring/onboarding of project resources and related planning.
