Job summary

Amaris Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager– Cybersecurity to oversee the APAC delivery of a global cybersecurity program. You will coordinate regional and local stakeholders, manage end-to-end project lifecycle, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with priorities.

The role requires 8+ years in security-focused projects, with banking sector experience and strong governance, risk, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering security-focused projects in multinational organizations.
• Experience in banking sector.
• Proven ability to manage cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management, budgeting capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• PMP/CISSP/CISA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects across APAC, coordinating with Global PMO.
• Relay global project updates, priorities, dependencies, and risks to APAC stakeholders.
• Coordinate project resources including regional IT and Security teams for timely delivery.
• Contribute to global steering activities with regional risk and progress updates.
• Prepare and present strategic updates to the APAC ITP Executive Committee.
• Manage project budgeting, hiring, and onboarding of resources.
• Identify KPI gaps, recommend enhancements, and track improvements.
• Support wider department initiatives, including budget activities and tool rollouts.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
