Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to own and grow a portfolio of products. You will work with vendors, channel partners and internal teams to drive growth, profitability and market presence across product strategy, sales, marketing and business development.

You will influence promotions, training and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT or related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in Product Management, Channel Sales, Vendor Management or IT Distribution.
• Strong vendor, partner and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and meet sales, revenue and profit targets.
• Support Channel Sales and BDMs in product positioning and customer engagement.
• Drive product updates, promotions, training and partner enablement.
• Plan and execute vendor events, marketing programmes and business reviews.
• Analyze sales performance and marketing results against KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
