Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to establish and govern end-to-end security operations across cloud, IoT, and smart infrastructure. You will drive incident response, CIRP development, ISO 27001/27035 alignment, and risk-based improvement.

You will lead audits, manage ISMS, oversee SOC tooling like SIEM/SOAR, and coordinate with vendors and auditors to raise security posture across multi-vendor projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cybersecurity risk assessment, architecture review, and secure system implementation.
• Experience managing cybersecurity operations in IoT/OT or smart infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Hands-on in ISO 27001 ISMS implementation and ISO 27035 incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response across cloud, IoT, and smart facilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a CIRP per ISO/IEC 27035.
• Establish and maintain an ISMS aligned with ISO/IEC 27001; operationalise controls.
• Oversee security operations governance and audits, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Define and enforce cloud security policies across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Manage patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle controls for connected devices.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and auditors to meet security requirements.
