Job summary

Surbana Jurong is hiring a Cybersecurity Ops and Cloud Security Manager to establish and enhance our cybersecurity operations, focusing on cloud environments, IoT platforms, and smart facility management systems. You will ensure ISO 27001 compliance and drive incident response readiness across projects.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT security, with at least 5 years in SOC/incident response, and hands-on cloud security management experience in complex multi‑vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years' IT cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in security operations / SOC / incident response.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage end-to-end cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, detection, incident response, and recovery.
• Develop and maintain a Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan (CIRP) per ISO/IEC 27035.
• Lead responses to incidents affecting cloud, IoT, and smart facility infra.
• Maintain ISMS aligned with ISO/IEC 27001; oversee audits and risk assessments.
• Define and enforce cloud security policies across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Oversee security of IoT devices and OT/IT convergence; patch management.
• Lead vulnerability management, threat intelligence integration, and remediation tracking.
• Serve as primary POC for cybersecurity operations; report to senior management.
