Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior IT/Cyber Security Lead to develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect digital assets, infrastructure, and data.

You will drive security initiatives, oversee security operations, incident response, audits, risk management and compliance with ISO27001/NIST; collaborate across IT, internal audit and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science or IT.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS or CSA Trust Mark is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in cyber security audit, compliance, risk and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring, incident response and cloud/on-premise security.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT/Cyber security strategy, roadmap, and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day IT and cyber security operations and controls.
• Lead cyber security program, incident response, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Establish security controls and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in systems and networks.
• Coordinate with internal audit and external auditors on compliance matters.
• Monitor security events and coordinate incident response to minimize impact.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and pen tests.
• Prepare security metrics reports for management and stakeholders.
