Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Executive to strengthen cybersecurity across IT and OT environments. You will implement and operate controls, improve security architecture, manage vulnerabilities and support incident response while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity or related field and 3–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related discipline
• 3–6 years hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering/operations, incident response, pentesting, system implementation or IT development
• Strong technical and hands-on cybersecurity capabilities across multiple domains
• Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and security operations
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Hands-on background preferred; not suited to pure consulting/advisory roles

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and operation of cybersecurity controls across network, endpoint and cloud environments
• Design security architecture improvements including network segmentation and system hardening
• Evaluate and implement cybersecurity tools and technologies
• Drive vulnerability management, patching and remediation activities
• Improve cybersecurity standards, controls and hygiene
• Monitor and investigate security alerts, incidents and anomalies
• Support incident response and remediation activities
• Collaborate with vendors and MSSPs to improve monitoring
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and scripting/AI enhancements
• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors on cybersecurity projects
