NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking an experienced cybersecurity engineer to implement, configure, and support security solutions across customer environments. You will install, integrate, upgrade and perform break-fix activities on security platforms, while troubleshooting incidents during project delivery and operations.

The role requires strong communication with customers and project teams, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to mentor junior engineers under guidance

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently handle routine implementations and support activities.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers with guidance on complex engagements.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions within customer environments.
• Perform installation, integration, upgrades, and break-fix activities for security platforms and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve low-to-medium complexity technical issues during project delivery and operational support.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers, vendors, or technology specialists when required.
• Assist with system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer during operational handover.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain project administration activities such as time tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions within customer environments.
• Perform installation, integration, upgrades, and break-fix activities for security platforms and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with one or more of:Firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco)SIEM platforms (Splunk)Cloud Security (Azure Security, AWS Security)Privilege Access Management (PAM)Network Security and Zero Trust solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-facing communication skills and ability to present technical information effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Seniority Level

• Roughly 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently handle routine implementations and support activities.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers while still receiving guidance from senior specialists or architects on complex engagements.
